We hope you love your Phash purchase, however if it’s not quite right, you can return it for a refund 

To be eligible for a refund, please make sure you meet the following criteria:

  • Your returns request must be submitted through our portal within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
  • The garment/s must be unworn and in perfect re-saleable condition.
  • All security ribbons, and tags, must be firmly attached to your garment/s.
  • Your refund will be issued within 3 – 5 working days once the return has been validated.

If your return does not meet our criteria, we reserve the right to return the item/s back to you. Alternatively, you may be issued with a Gift Card, which has no expiry date.

Please kindly note that all refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment, under the following timescales:

  • Credit/Debit Card (2-3 days)
  • ApplePay (2-3 days)
  • PayPal (Instantly)
  • Klarna (Instantly)
  • Gift Card (Instantly)
  • Amazon (2 – 3 days)

Please note, all Phash returns now need validating to ensure we’re protecting our customers against a significant increase in returns fraud. This final step also allows us to process your refund within 3 – 5 working days of receipt, so you’re not waiting any longer than necessary.
